This would be a tough battle i would think both of them would be worn out in the end and it might even end up as a draw. but if i were to choose i'd say Orga because if he shot his shoulder cannon at biollante's heart she'd blow up
I think Biollante would when. Because she basically Godzilla and when Godzilla fought her he passed out. But mostly because of the A.N.E.B. and the scientist said that Godzilla and Biollante are the same creature. And if your just like the King of monsters you have some of his abilities
